The Board meeting is restricted to Directors and designated observers. The SSWG is more open. The CBW (education - public outreach) meeting is completely open subject only to space in the meeting room.

Locations of formal meetings:

Adelphi Building Conference Room, and nearby splinter rooms as necessary. The Adelphi Building is in the centre of the university campus, 15-20 mins on foot (or 5-10 mins by taxi) from Preston rail station or bus station. A taxi from the rail station costs about 3 UKP.
