Early-bird Fee: £300 (deadline is 1st July 2016 Monday 1st August 2016)

The conference will be opened at the drinks reception on the evening on Sunday 11th and will close at 13:00 on Friday 16th September 2016. The registration fee covers the attendance documentation, a 2-course hot and cold buffet lunch and refreshment breaks on each day, the Sunday evening drinks reception, the Wednesday afternoon excursion, and the 3-course conference dinner on Thursday evening.

Late Registration Fee: £350

This fee applies for those who register after 1st July 2016 Monday 1st August 2016.

Student Registration Fee: £180

For postgraduate students, a discounted registration fee is available.

Extra Persons:

Guests and partners of those who have paid the registration fee are also welcome to attend the Sunday drinks reception, the 3-course conference dinner or the Wednesday afternoon excursion. Addtional fees for extra persons attending the social events are listed on the online registration form.

Daily-Rate Participation:

A daily rate is available for those who are only able to attend for one or two days, and do not wish to pay the full conference registration fee. These fees are listed on the online registration form.
